My terms are like other siggie sites; please respect me as an artist.

1. All sales are final, I will not give out refunds, and however I will fix any mistakes that I make. No customization will be allowed unless I put it down that it can be done.

2. I will only accept Pay Pal. I now accept Revolution Money Exchange, it is free for both buyers and sellers. No eChecks allowed! Once I have payment, I will work on orders. Please allow up to 7 days for your request. However, I should get them done within 3 days. If you have not heard back from me by the weekend, please email me about your order. I am very busy outside of my site, so sometimes I don't get them done within 7 days. If you sent in an order, and it is Monday of a NEW week, please go ahead send in your order.

3. At this time, I don’t require a website to purchase my siggies. But it would be nice to see your site! It also needs to be a Family friendly site. I do ask that you give me credit for my work with a clickable text link or clickable logo. And I ask to have the No Right Click Script, Disable Image Tool Bar, and No Drag and Drop Script placed on every page that my siggie appears. If you don’t know these scripts, ask me and I will email them to you or click on them.

4. Graphics on my site are done by me using tutorials from paid and/or free memberships, Tubes are from paid and/or free memberships, and lineart are from paid and/or memberships. Please check out my memberships to see what sites I am a member of.

5. Please do not claim them as your own or alter my work in any way. I can easily tell you that learning how to make sigtags is hard work. So please give me credit! And please do not steal my sigtags and respect my terms.

6. All graphics you do purchase from me are for YOU and YOU only. If you buy for a friend, they are responsible of reading my terms. I reserve the right to use a tag that I make for you with your name or family names it.

7. I have opened up a Sigtag Membership, which it is not behind a user name and password, the sigtags I offer are in the membership. I might change that in the future, but as of now don't plan on it. Please go to the page "Sigtag Memberships" to see what the prices and rules of the sigtag club are. I require ALL members to sign up on my Yahoo Group! The join button is at the bottom.

8. I was saving all orders on my computer, but NOW I will only keep them for a week and then I will delete them. Please make sure you save your sigtags as soon as you can and upload them to a hosting site, like photobucket, to back them up. Once you lose them, you will have to re-request them.
